EDUCATIONAL DAY
09.04.2017
Merano Arte is happy to join, once again in 2017, the Educational Day promoted by AMACI, Associazione Musei d’Arte Contemporanea italiani [Italian Contemporary Art Museum Association] at its third edition.
A day dedicated to museum education that will involve the museums members of the association and other realities active in the field of contemporary art on the Italian territory. They will propose a series of initiatives aiming at offering the possibility of discovering contemporary art together with communication and artistic mediation experts.
As usual, also this year for its third edition, AMACI has invited an artist to create a specific project, and has selected Matteo Rubbi. Merano Arte will give free entrance on April 9 to the audience who will not only access the structure and the featured exhibits, but from 03pm to 06pm will have the opportunity to give form - through the use of plasticine [pongo] - to “Fantastic Islands” ideated by the students during the laboratories organized on the occasion of the “Festival of creative culture,” under the guidance of Hannes Egger, artist and mediator.
