On the occasion of René Francisco’s exhibition, this concert creates a musical space for a special kind of camaraderie: the Cuban double bassist meets two influential voices from the international jazz and Latin scene, drawing inspiration from the Habanera, the musical form that was the first to travel from Cuba to Europe.
